Chhimek Samaj Sewa Sanstha (NSSC) was established as a non-governmental organization under the Organization Registration Act in the year 1991. The society was established with an aim to bring socio-economic change leading to qualitative improvement in the livelihood of people living in poverty. The society has been adapting action oriented integrated approach of community development with a strong belief that overall development can be made possible only through incorporating social and economic goals and needs of the communities. The specific objectives of the Center are as follows:

  • Provide the underprivileged children the opportunity to basic education and thus, lure them to constructive learning;
  • Develop vocational skills among underprivileged women so as to make them economically self-supportive.
  • Contribute towards the overall development of the underprivileged and the society as a whole through organizing various development programs.
  • Carryout Socio-economic studies of the rural communities and conduct capacity building training for the community based organizations.
